We specialise in -
Embellishment and hand craft – We use Gota-patti , Mukesh , Glass beads ,Wooden beads , Silk Thread Embroidery work, Zari work, Aari-Taari work, Sequins work, and crochet cotton laces to add beauty and value for enhancement of our garments. Dyeing and Printing – We use latest techniques alongside with our old traditional methods of dyeing and printing like Shibori, tie & dye, Natural Indigo, Daboo, Ajrakh, Bagru & Sanganeri printing according the order and buyer’s demands. Social and Legal Consciousness – Voila Inc. believes in creating an ecosystem of inclusivity. To practice this the factory has appropriate earmarked washroom facility for females keeping all hygiene and health issues in mind. It also provides opportunity to work from home, which helps those females to earn and care for them at the same time. The work hours of the female employees are limited to day time keeping their security and family as first priority. Ms Varsha Joshi firmly follows all the laws and Voila inc abides by all the laws and that is why there is no practice of child labour and factory is certified with No Pollution certificate , Fire NOC as per law and Factory and boilers license .
